The comment about magic though, that hits home, and he rises and follows Evan to the bed, sitting on it and curling close to the younger man. "Including your magic? I suppose at least hiding being a mage isn't new to me. Even if I don't like it much.
"But Evan, you haven't said what else I might have to hide here. When we first met, you said that humans don't know about other races, that they have to pretend to be human to get by. I don't know if you've noticed but I'm rather obviously not human."
